How the Leaderboard Works
Every time a learner unlocks an achievement, they earn points.
These points are automatically accumulated and reflected in the organization-wide leaderboard, allowing members to see who's leading based on their overall engagement and learning activity.
The more learners participate, complete courses, contribute to the community, and unlock achievements, the higher they climb.

The Leaderboard builds directly on Teachfloor's gamification system.
Points are awarded automatically as members earn achievements for activities such as:
- Completing courses and lessons
- Maintaining learning streaks

- Commenting and participating in discussions
- Completing profile information

No additional configuration is required beyond enabling Achievements & Badges.
