We Handle the LMS.
Plug into a complete learning infrastructure, make it look like your product, and get every result back in your own systems.
Your interface. Our learning infrastructure.
You decide what your users see. Teachfloor runs everything behind it, so your team ships learning without building or maintaining an LMS.
It looks like your team built it.
Set your colors, corner radius, borders, and type as design tokens and the embedded course takes on your product's design. Drag the slider to compare it with Teachfloor's default style.
Every completion, back in your stack in real time.
When a learner finishes, a signed webhook reaches your systems in real time. Your CRM, HRIS, or data warehouse updates on its own, so training becomes data your teams act on.

From course creation to enrollments, progress tracking, assessments, and completions, control the whole learning workflow through one developer-friendly LMS API.
Headless LMS vs. traditional LMS
A traditional LMS sends learners to its own portal. A headless LMS like Teachfloor runs the learning and lets your product deliver it.
Inside your product
Courses run in your app, website, or portal, inside your own navigation.
A separate portal
Learners leave your product for another website and another login.
Your design
Design tokens make embedded courses match your product (developer preview).
The vendor's interface
Branding stops at a logo and a few colors.
AI, API, or MCP
Generate courses from your documents, in the app, from code, or from an AI assistant.
Manual authoring
Every course is built by hand in the vendor's builder.
Social learning built in
Cohorts, live sessions, discussion, and rubric-based peer review.
Mostly self-paced content
Videos and quizzes, with little interaction between learners.
Events to your stack
Signed webhooks and a REST API send every completion to your systems.
Reports inside the portal
Data stays in the vendor's dashboard until someone exports it.

Headless LMS FAQs
A headless LMS separates the learning engine (courses, assessments, progress tracking, and data) from the interface learners see. Instead of sending learners to a separate learning portal, you deliver courses inside your own product or website and connect everything through an API. The LMS runs the learning; your product shows it.
Not quite. A white-label LMS is a ready-made learning portal that carries your logo, colors, and domain, but learners still go to that portal. A headless LMS has no fixed portal: courses, quizzes, and progress run inside your own product, connected through the API. Teachfloor supports both, so you can run a fully branded Teachfloor academy, deliver learning inside your product, or combine the two.
Yes. Teachfloor works as a complete LMS out of the box, with its own app for admins, instructors, and learners. Headless is an additional way to deliver the same courses, for teams that want learning to live inside their own product. You can use either mode, or both.
Teachfloor courses can already be embedded in other products, websites, and services. We are also building embeddable components that you style with your own design tokens, so courses look native to your app. Embeddable components are in developer preview: talk to our team to try them.
Yes. Teachfloor generates courses, lessons, and quizzes from your documents, and it runs an MCP server, so any MCP-compatible AI assistant can create courses, update content, and manage your academy. The same actions are available through the REST API.
Through the REST API and webhooks. Teachfloor sends signed webhook events, such as course completions, enrollments, and graded activities, to your endpoint in real time, with automatic retries and a replayable delivery log.
