What is Office Hours?

Office Hours adds a bookable team of assistants and instructors to your academy. Learners pick a person, choose a time, and schedule a session, all inside Teachfloor.

Embedded booking

Learners pick an assistant and schedule a session through a fully embedded Calendly or Cal.com calendar. No redirects and no copy-pasting links, the booking happens right where they are.

Your team, your way

Admins and owners add each bookable person with a photo, role, and scheduling link in just a few clicks. Update or remove assistants at any time as your team changes.

Available where learners are

Office Hours appears across the key learner pages, including the course list, course detail, community, and the getting-started screen, so help is always within reach.
