You can now fully edit the subject line and body of each notification. Use dynamic placeholders like {{recipient.first_name}}, {{course.name}}, and {{course.url.button}} to personalize learner messages—these are just a few examples; many more placeholders are available to tailor each email.

Send Test Emails
Preview your message by sending a test email to your own account. This helps ensure your content looks just right before it goes live.

SMTP Email Sending
Want to send notifications from your organization’s own email domain? Just configure your SMTP settings to make all emails come directly from your address.

Toggle On/Off Notifications
Choose which notifications to send and which to disable with simple toggles. You’re in full control of your communication strategy.
