Tag Users During Invitation

Tag Users During Invitation

Teachfloor is excited to announce a new feature that streamlines user management and enhances organizational efficiency: Tag Users During Invitation.

This powerful tool allows you to effortlessly categorize users with tags upon inviting them to your course, providing granular control and improved organization.

How it Works:

  • Create Descriptive Tags: Begin by creating relevant tags, such as "Sales Team," "Dev Team," or "HR Department," and assign distinctive colors for easy identification.
  • Seamless Tag Association: When inviting new users, simply add tags directly within the invitation modal. For bulk invitations, utilize a CSV file with a dedicated "Tags" column.
  • Leverage Tag Functionality: Utilize associated tags for filtering, reporting, and other organizational purposes within Teachfloor.

Key Benefits:

  • Enhanced User Management: Efficiently categorize and manage users based on specific criteria.
  • Improved Course Organization: Create targeted learning paths and content for specific user groups.
  • Advanced Reporting: Generate detailed reports based on user tags for data-driven insights.

With Tag Users During Invitation, Teachfloor empowers you to streamline user management and create a more organized and efficient learning environment.

Happy Teaching!
