Bulk Assign Students to Assistants via CSV

Bulk Assign Students to Assistants via CSV

We are excited to introduce a new feature that simplifies user management in your courses - the ability to bulk assign students to assistants via CSV. This enhancement is designed to save you time and effort, especially when you have a large number of students and assistants to manage.

Imagine having dozens or even hundreds of students and assistants to assign within your courses. Manually assigning them one by one could be time-consuming and prone to errors. With our bulk assignment feature, you can now handle this task seamlessly by uploading a CSV file.

How It Works

  1. Prepare Your CSV File: Create a CSV file that includes a list of students and their corresponding assistants. This file can easily be generated from spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  2. Upload and Assign: Once your CSV file is ready, head to the specific course where you need to perform the assignments. Use our intuitive interface to upload the CSV file. Our system will automatically process the data and assign the students to their respective assistants.
  3. Effortless Management: You no longer need to manually match students with assistants one by one. This bulk assignment process ensures accuracy and eliminates the potential for oversight.

To start using the bulk assignment feature, navigate to the appropriate course and look for the CSV assignment assistant option in the member page.
