Gmail Integration for Email Notifications

Gmail Integration for Email Notifications

We’re excited to introduce Gmail Integration, a powerful new option that makes sending email notifications from Teachfloor easier and more personal than ever.

Why Gmail Integration?

Until now, organizations needed to use SMTP to send notifications from a custom domain. While powerful, SMTP setup can be complex for non-technical users. That’s why we’re now offering a seamless Gmail integration—no tech skills required.

With just a single click, you can connect your Gmail account to Teachfloor and start sending course invitations, reminders, and notifications using your own Gmail address.

What You Can Do with Gmail Integration

  • Send from your Gmail account: All notifications sent to learners and instructors will come directly from your connected Gmail identity.
  • Boost deliverability and trust: Emails sent from your domain are less likely to be marked as spam and help reinforce brand recognition.
  • Simplify your setup: No need to configure SMTP servers or deal with DNS records. Connecting Gmail takes seconds.
  • Manage everything in one place: Send messages from Gmail without leaving the Teachfloor dashboard.

How to Get Started

  1. Go to Settings > Integration in your organization dashboard.
  2. Click "Connect Gmail Account".
  3. Authorize Teachfloor to send emails on your behalf using your Gmail account.
  4. That’s it—you’re ready to go!

Perfect for Nonprofits, Schools, and Growing Academies

This integration is ideal for teams who want reliable email delivery without the technical hassle. Whether you're onboarding volunteers, managing student updates, or sharing course invites with instructors, Gmail makes it simple and professional.

We can’t wait to see how you use this to streamline your communication.
