Disable Course Landing Page for Better Enrollment Control

Disable Course Landing Page for Better Enrollment Control

We’re excited to introduce a highly requested feature—the ability to disable the course landing page. This simple yet powerful option gives instructors more control over course enrollments, ensuring that only selected learners can join.

Why Disable the Course Landing Page?

Once a course is published, some organizations may want to stop public enrollments but still add learners manually. This update allows schools to:

  • Restrict new enrollments while keeping the course active.
  • Manually invite learners via email, CSV upload, or by selecting users already registered in the organization.
  • Maintain course exclusivity without removing the landing page content or disrupting existing participants.

How It Works

  1. Navigate to your course settings.
  2. Find the "Disable Course Landing Page" toggle.
  3. Switch it on to remove public access while still allowing manual invitations.

This update ensures that course admins can manage enrollment on their terms, providing flexibility while keeping course access organized.

Start using this feature today and take full control of your course enrollments!
